Our Printing Methods

Screen Printing

One of the most widely used techniques for printing T-shirts is screen printing. The best and fastest printing technique also has less restrictions on the kinds of goods and materials that can be printed on. It’s a method that uses mesh screens to apply ink directly onto textiles and apparel. Silkscreen printing is another term for screen printing. Multiple screens can be utilized to create a multicolored image or pattern since one color is printed at a time.

A design with lots of color is usually striking and enticing, but it’s also crucial to think carefully about how many colors you utilize. More colors equate to more labor and more expensive printing.

Sublimation Printing

Another name for sublimation printing is dye-sublimation printing. It only happens under particular pressure and temperature conditions, and it does not go through the typical liquid state. Sublimation printing is more expensive than other techniques for printing shirts, but the results are more durable and won’t peel or break with time. Only clothing made entirely of polyester or a combination of polyester is appropriate for sublimation printing. With this printing technique, ink is mixed with the substrate while it’s still gaseous. After that, the ink hardens as it combines with the substrate to create the picture or logo you created. In essence, it’s a printing technique that uses heat and ink to transfer a design.

DTF Printing

The last ten years have seen a sharp increase in the digital textile printing market as more and more consumers choose to digitize textile printing. Digital printers make it possible to print textiles with convenience, simplicity, consistency, fabric performance, and—most importantly—a huge range of colors, which makes the entire process dependable and reasonably priced.

DTF is compatible with a wide range of fabric types, including cotton, nylon, polyester, treated leather, mixes, and both light and dark fabrics. You may use the transfers on a variety of materials, including glass, metal, wood, and even shoes and luggage! By using DTF to apply your designs to a wide range of commodities, you can increase the amount of goods you have in stock.

Embroidery Printing

The two primary techniques for putting logos or minor designs to clothing and accessories are screen printing and embroidery. The emblem is replicated through embroidery by sewing threads straight through the fabric. The actual stitching is done by computerized embroidery machines, which operate entirely automatically. Compared to screen-printed designs, which are produced on top of the fabric, embroidered designs are stitched directly into the fabric and are therefore considerably more likely to last. One of the problems with screen printing is that with time, the design may fade and crack.
